Day 16 - TAM

I've decided to go another way with this fitness routine.. instead of giving weekly updates, I want to try a daily recap in hopes of staying on task, staying motivated and staying accountable. Today's results were quite astounding..

Today I ate:

A Donut for breakfast.. yes. I. did.

Red Beans and Rice with sausage - it was okay. Eyes bigger than my stomach, starving to death while I was in the deli lunch line and picked the first thing.

Chocolate Chip Cookie -- I know.. couldn't help it.

Hot Chocolate.. -- No WONDER why I can't lose this gut!!!!

Came home and I was starving and had leftover chinese take out.. The wonderful lo-mein. It was easy to just heat up rather than cook something.

And... SPRITE.


Muscular work –

Post Pregnancy DVD. Stopped around when she got to the leg series. I’ll do that when I get home tonight and finish up with arms.

I'm home now.. I don't know if I'm gonna do the rest of the DVD. Who am I kidding? I'm so freaking tired.


Cardio for ___min. à will do this later on tonight..

Water – only 16 oz. of 80

Green Tea – 1 cup of 3


I feel:

Dumb for eating that stupid donut. I’m so bloated from PMS and just hunt the floor loooking for food. Disgusted with myself overall.

Room to Improve: Just bypass the hall that carries the food. Why do I go that way? Stash some dried fruit and nuts in my desk and I'll snack on those when I'm in hunger mode..


Tomorrow I will:

Try to get through the WHOLE DVD instead of half-assing it.

Just get up at 4:30am and do the thing. THE WHOLE THING with the cardio so all I have to worry about is getting my 10 glasses of water in, 3 cups of green tea and make sure I don’t eat crap.
